The firm is single of ten representing survivors and heirs in a U district court case against the Swiss banks. Ratner awaits to see few claims from gays moreover said "heirless assets" could be casted over to gay organizations in remembrance of Holocaust victims. The court will take suggestions concerning distribution of these funds
